NarTakas is a community marketplace where users can swap items or share them as gifts. By using the service, users agree to follow these rules and all related policies.
Eligibility
Users must create an account using supported sign-in methods and provide truthful information for the parts of the profile and listing experience they use.
Listings
- Users may only list items they own and are legally allowed to trade or give away.
- Misleading, counterfeit, stolen, dangerous, or illegal listings are prohibited.
- Location, condition, and core listing details should be accurate.
User Conduct
NarTakas has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You agree not to post, share, or transmit content that is offensive, harassing, threatening, hateful, sexually explicit, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable, and not to harass, abuse, or harm other users. You can report objectionable content or users at any time from inside the app (Report), and block any user (Block).
- Harassment, threats, impersonation, and spam are not allowed.
- Users are responsible for account security and for how they use the service.
- Abuse of messaging, reporting, or offer flows may lead to restrictions.
Swaps & Gifts
NarTakas helps users discover each other and communicate, but does not act as the direct mediator for every dispute. Users are responsible for safe handoff choices, meeting locations, and confirming completion honestly.
Moderation
NarTakas may review reports, hide listings, restrict accounts, or suspend users who violate community rules or create safety risks. We act on reports of objectionable content within 24 hours by removing the content and removing the offending user. Repeat abuse may lead to permanent account removal.
